Payments

The Captive Animals’ Protection Society is validated as PCI compliant by Security Metrics and comply with all best practice with regards to dealing with personal information in relation to payments. We do not store any card or bank details entered via the payment process on this website. Cancellation or Refund Policy

Your ongoing donation or membership is valuable to us and enables us to continue our work in animal protection.

If, for whatever reason, you wish to cancel your membership or recurring donation, please let us know by emailing maddy@captiveanimals.org and we will ensure that any future payments are cancelled. Please allow a minimum of 2 working days before the next payment to cancel your recurring payment – cancellations made less than 2 working days in advance cannot be guaranteed.

We regret that we are unable to refund donations already made to the charity.

If you have purchased merchandise from us which is faulty or damaged, please return the goods to us within 28 days of purchase and we will issue a full refund. We will be happy to refund postage costs if you include the postage receipt with the returned goods.

If you wish to return goods that are nor faulty or damaged, please return them to us in their original condition and packaging within 28 days of purchase and we will refund the cost. We regret that, in this instance, we are unable to refund postage costs.
